Very pleased, and so many more features than I expected, Easy to setup and the team are all very knowledgeable and responsive, particularly the gentleman who assisted with setting up my account.

Service is quick and reliable and it saves us time and money.

The online registration is super easy. However, I had to call customer service regarding one of our potential new hires, Ryan Calton. He was registered and went to the location only to find a note on the door stating due to COVID they were closed but to call the number they posted. Our new hire called the number they had posted on the door and rescheduled for another location, over an hour away. He went to the second location and was told they don't do pre-employment drug screenings. He then called me and I called the Health Street Customer Service #. The gal I spoke with, I think her name was Mishay, was curt, bordering on rude. She informed me that all of their locations do drug testing and are open even though I gave her all of the information stated on the location's door. She felt the need to argue with me for some reason even though our potential employee was standing at the door of the lab. She finally re-registered him for another location but, I told her she needs to work on her customer service skills.

Our results came back much quicker than expected. We had them next day. Thanks

Fast and Great service, easy to set up account.

The city I work for has used Health Street for several years. It has been easy, and I have had great customer service. I have to say I was a bit surprised to have the problem we did this time. I gave the employee the paperwork with the name of the lab and its location. He called the office a short while later saying the lab was closed down. I was surprised that Health Street did not know this, and sent him to that particular location. There was an alternate lab in another town he went to but this meant rescheduling etc. It was a minor inconvenience , I found it interesting that this slipped through the cracks. This will not make us change companies we will continue to use Health Street.

The process went smoothly. I thought I'd have a negative result back faster than Monday morning (test was on friday) but that was my misunderstanding. thank you.

I wish I could give zero stars. I took a date rape drug test that I purchased through Health Street (for $350). I received an email saying it would take 24 hours to reach the lab and then anywhere from 24 hours to 3-5 days for results. After 3 days I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out to customer support to make sure my test had reached the lab. I was told I would get confirmation when the test reached the lab. Today, 8/17, I receive a notice that the reviewing doctor canceled my test. So I get no results to a DATE RAPE DRUG TEST which is obviously really important and not something I can just retake to get the same results. I got no refund. No notice or explanation. I reached out to customer support a second time on 8/14 and STILL have not gotten a response. I can not recommend Health Street to anyone. I will ensure nobody I know uses this terrible service that is extending the pain I’m feeling in a way I didn’t think would be possible.
