When I called to request for the 5 panel pre employment screening the individual I spoke to said they were accepting in person patience when the new applicant arrived only to find out they were not. So I had to call back to reschedule to another facility that was accepting in person patience. The day I both pre-employment screening I needed an appt for a sat appt and when the employee arrived on Sat. Then were closed because they aren't on Sat. Which resulted in them both wasting their time and gas.

I had to have a cdl driver DOT random drug screen. I selected & paid for this drug screen. When we obtained the results, it was not a DOT drug screen but an employment screen. I even called first for instructions on navigating the the online appointment & payment.

This was for a 5 panel instant drug test. It took 4 business days. I use a company that does it and I get feedback in about 15 min at 2/3s the cost.

Worst experience ever. First swab taken 2/5, second swab taken on 2/15/2021, and no results as of 3/9/2021, definitely not 5 - 7 business days. I have made no less than 12 follow-up calls for the legal DNA results and still do not have a solid time of when it will be ready. EVERY person who indicated they would send an update to me did not keep their word. The reason for delays have been the weather, swab were taken separately and lab needs to confirm how to match, and then a request for nationalities. I spoke to a customer service agent, a supervisor, and a manager without any resolution.

It went great, received an email when my employee arrived as well as an estimated time of when the results would arrive. Received them the same day, very happy with the service.
