Easy to use! This was the best online system I've every used. All electronic and easy to use. My employees had an easy time at the facility as well.

Quick efficient and easy to navigate through the system.

I called Health Street for assistance setting up an account so that my business could send employees for drug testing and was given a location (Quest Miami Beach) to go to and told "this location allows people to stop by any time between 7am and 2:30pm as long as they have the text message with an access/bar code." Okay simple enough. One of my employees is sent the automatic text after I set him up and told to stop by at any time. He goes to the location (he does not have a car - bus or uber at 7:30am about 25 minutes from his home) only to arrive and the location tell him you need to schedule an appointment. We don't take walk-ins. He responds "Okay - can you set me up with an appointment?" I call Health Street again and try to let someone know about the situation and ask if they are aware the Miami Beach location doesn't take appointments. "Oh no I'm working from home in New York I wouldn't know about that." Okay so for this location, it seems I need to make an appointment. Since I'm doing all of this through you guys, can you help me set up an appointment? "No we don't set up your appointments for you." But this location needs an appointment so how could I do that? "You would need to contact the location directly." Great - do you have a phone number or website to contact them? "NO" Okay what is your name? "My name?" Yes, just want to know who I am speaking to. "My name is Miss Jame" I asked her to spell it for me but I still think I got it incorrectly unless she introduces herself as "Miss" like a Kindergarten teacher. She was rude, uninformed, and unhelpful. This is will be the last service that we purchase from Health Street.

Very professional , ease of access and convenient locations. The only issue is that you have to be specific about the kind of test you are ordering - we needed a rapid 5 panel drug test for pre-job screening on a construction project and the tests we ordered took a few days.

Health street is a very convenient way to schedule drug tests as well as run background checks, driving record reports, etc. You recieve regular emails updating you on the status of the drug tests you've ordered and provide pdf copies of the tests for your records. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the pricing. It could stand to be just a little bit cheaper IMO.
