I have been using Health Street for a few years now. The customer service is great. Recently, I had a prospective hire tell me that the location where I had set up the drug screen was no longer a collection lab. I ask the person to call the number for Health Street (which is sent with the text message for testing). Health Street directed the prospective hire to a different location. I didn't have to do a thing!
