Terrible customer service and my order has taken over a month to ship, no updates whenever I reach out to customer service. Regret buying from them.

I ordered 2 items in one transaction and I have received only one of the items and it has been 2-3 weeks since the order was placed. I emailed their customer support with no response at all, let alone, in a timely manner. Also, USPS the way they ship their products, wouldn't deliver the one out of two items I ordered so I had to go to the Post office to find out why. Come to find out, Headshop.com didn't even provide enough postage for the weight of the item I received. I had to pay an additional $7 for postage just to get my item. Not impressed by this company AT ALL

The silver surfer vehicle is awesome! Customer service has been great, my color was out of stock so they called me immediately to figure things out so they could get it out to me. Shipping was super fast too, which is great!
