I ordered two grinders around Tuesday, and now I’m sitting here Saturday morning still looking at “On Its Way to USPS.” USPS hasn’t even received the package yet. Then I found out their shipping process can take 3–5 BUSINESS DAYS just to fulfill your order, followed by another 3–5 business days for it to actually arrive at your house. That is ridiculously slow shipping by today’s standards. I understand that shipping takes time, but waiting potentially around 2 weeks for a couole grinders (while USPS is still waiting to even receive the package) is disappointing. This company has poor reviews for a reason. I definitely won’t be ordering here again.

A water bong that isn't acrylic but thin plastic and is NOT attached to the base SO IT LEAKS EVERYWHERE!!! Even if it didnt leak..the bowl is also at an inaccessible angle so cant be ignited. CAN NOT USE!!! GARBAGE!!!

​I ordered a grinder that arrived defective and completely failed to function as described. While product defects occur, Headshop’s handling of the return process was not only unhelpful but actively reckless and potentially criminal. ​When I requested a standard return for their faulty merchandise, Headshop refused to provide a necessary, prepaid shipping label and, instead, issued an utterly irresponsible instruction: I was told to perform a quick cleaning and mail the grinder—which contains cannabis residue—via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), paying for the label myself. ​It is astonishing that a company calling itself "Headshop" would demonstrate such an acute lack of awareness regarding the federal laws governing their products. Mailing drug paraphernalia with residue via USPS is strictly prohibited and constitutes a federal offense (Title 21 U.S.C. § 863). Their suggestion that a brush and soapy water negates this legal risk shows a level of negligence and bad faith that is frankly inexcusable. ​I refused to commit a potential federal crime to accommodate their cheapness and ineptitude. Since Headshop insisted on an illegal return method, they have effectively forfeited their right to require the return of the defective item. ​I have immediately escalated this matter to my bank to initiate a full chargeback dispute, submitting Headshop’s dangerous return instructions as evidence. Avoid this company. Their customer service is not just poor; it demonstrates a stunning disregard for the safety and legal standing of their customers.

I bought two Human Grade Cauldron Flower Bowls. They said, "Made from high-quality borosilicate glass, it offers durability and a secure fit for smooth, consistent airflow." It is not true. Both bowls shattered under the heat. They should not. When I contacted Headshop, they basically gave me the finger. After they saw this review, they offered pennies on the dollar as compensation. I gave them the finger.

They are baiting and switching items on their site, they advertise the v1 puffco as the v2 and are charging the same price as the v2. Customer service is less than responsive as well, they’re posting on their IG and will read your message but not respond. I’d stay far away.

Horrible shop they gave me a defective product and won’t respond.
