In the future, you may want to try our Personalized Delivery Plan, you can save $8 by signing up and get a 5% discount on future orders. Can't Access My Account
The price changed. I can't get on my online account with the password I carefully recorded so that I remembered it and could use it again. Of course, I am receiving the product and will continue to use your services unless the price goes out of my range of affordability. However, it would be nice to be able to access my account.

Wish the shipper wasn’t FedEx
HDIS is good at getting orders out promptly, but they use FedEx for shipping. Boxes get lost often. I’m currently waiting for my original order, placed over 2 weeks ago, as well as the replacement order that went out 4 days ago. They’re both in out-for-delivery-today/rescheduled-delivery-date-unknown pergetory. I’ve placed and already received an order from another company. When you need supplies, you NEED supplies!

Hello Nancy, Thanks for this feedback. HDIS does offer shipping by all major carriers when placing an order over the phone. Our customer service team can choose UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If you prefer a carrier other than FedEx in the future please feel free to call us at 1-800-269-4663.
