The service is the best in my book.

Works better than any other products that I've tried. Especially the Reassure Premium Overnight. Keeps me dry all night.

This review is not completely towards HDIS employees, it's also for the company that manufactures the NV9101. We placed an order on 10/24/2019 order no 1000468396 price $53.21 Firstly, I had lengthy conversations with the employees at HDIS BEFORE I even placed this order. My concern was, with the new tub our landlord installed was 3" narrower than our previous tub, so the shower chair we already had no longer fit. I explained this to the customer service employee. I was concerned that if we ordered another chair, it would not fit. I expressed to them I HAD to have the measurements that are from the outside from one foot to the other on the chair. I was assured that the measurement was 13"....WELL, that measurement is 13", BUT it's where the bend in the legs are that are closer to the actual seat! Not from foot to foot on the legs, which is what we needed so it would sit level in the tub. My mother and I both have balance issues along with other health problems, so we need to be stable in the shower! When the product arrived, to our dismay, it was the exact same one we had that DOES NOT FIT!! We called immediately to see about shipping this product back. We were told HDIS would have to contact the manufacture. I understand this due to sanitary reasons, but WE NEVER TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX! We never would have ordered this had the HDIS employees actually KNEW the measurements from foot to foot on the legs. I understand there are certain protocols that have to be followed, but I truly feel HDIS should have let us return the product to them, credited our account and let the manufacturer contact them and sent the credit to HDIS. This was in NO WAY our fault, I was on the phone for a lengthy amount of time to make SURE the shower chair would fit, and it does not. We have since ordered a stool that fits, so we are out another $50. I'm begging you HDIS, to please pick up the shower chair you assured me would fit and return our money. My mother and I are both disabled and on a very tight budget. We simply can't afford this. It's been WELL over a month since the shower chair was purchased, I would think there would be a resolution by now. Anything you can do to right this would be greatly appreciated by my mother and I both. Thank you for your time, I pray for a resolution soon!! Love the product.

The sampler package was very helpful but I clearly ordered the wrong one because none of the pads were absorbent enough.

You guys are always great to work with.
