I have ordered the past two months and plan to reorder again this month, I plan also to go to automated service monthly. Very good product and great time frame of delivery. No complaints at all.

I am unable to view my recent orders on your website. There is also no way for me to change my delivery date. According to the invoice I received from my recent order on 3/31/15, those are both functions I should be able to view on hdis.com when I sign in to my account.

HDIS always seems to be well stocked with my size: XXL. My order gets to me very quickly! Add Free S&H to that and how can you go wrong?

I must admit i wrote my review before i really understood what happened, and yes i was mad as hell but after the order arrived and i saw what was done and after realizing the under wear i order that i did not get was suppost to be the max over nite tab under wear and it was not i later found out by trying one on one of my elderly family members and seeing it would not work for me i was happy that hdis who ever made the change new more then i did because they would have never worked. I do not know if the person who changed and switched my order was lucky or just way smarter than me but the person saved me time, money, and wasted product by making the switch and i am very grateful someone there was smarter then me and switched out the under wear for a product that would work for me and soon as i get a chance i will change the review i wrote with trust pilot. I am so happy with the changes, that someone made and if i had just waited a few hours i would not have to change the trust pilot review, for this i am very sorry and embarrassed. There is no excuse but maybe its caregiver stress i take care of my entire family of 4 who are all out of commission by my self and still maintain 101 work hours in 2 week period, there is my grand ma with 4 storkes, my uncle 2 strokes, my mother hurt at work in work accident and then in car wreck where some one crossed the yellow lines and struck her car broadside, then my step dad who after 4 months of eye work is still going blind with macular degenerative disease. So i do want to say i am sorry for my review once again and i will fix it, and thank you for your help.

I have ordered only 3 times from HDIS, but each time has been a pleasure. Always immediate shipment as indicated and received in a timely manner. Prices are good and I will continue to do business with them.

Love your service but I bought the sample pack of pull ups and none of them are labeled so I don't know which one I'm wearing.

Hard to improve on this product. Very good!

I've never had a problem with this vendor. They have always been willing to help and have helped me save money by providing coupons or advice for more value for the price. I will continue to use this company.
