This is my first experience with your company. My daughter actually gave me info on your company. I went online to order some disposable wash cloths, which I found and thought I made a good choice. I placed the order and wrote doen my confirmation number just to cover myself. I waited for an email reply to confirm the order, which never came. I then called next day and talked to young lady which seemed to be at a loss for what the problem was. After waiting on hold for several minutes, she returned and explained that they had experienced some trouble with online orders. She told me that shr would have the person that could help me call. I am still waiting for that call, but I did receive the wash clothes to my surprise as I really did not know if they were actually ordered or not. These wash clothes are no different than most I have ordered, as they come out of the package 2 and 3 at a time instead on just 1. I guess that about somes up my first experince with your company.

Not happy with change. No odor guard and no dry shield. Liked previous brand. Will not buy again. Will have to try another.

The products are very good and I love the auto-delivery.

Once I encountered life with incontinency I had no idea how to wrestle this demon. The staff at HDIS counseled me on what products would be of most benefit to me and they began shipping items immediately! It didn't take long for HDIS to accertain how often I needed to replenish my "stock" and now my supplies arrive like clockwork. I am so grateful and amazed at the services HDIS offers and now I can't imagine life without my "counselors"!

The Heaven Sent Bags are wonderful. My 97 yr old mom and myself find them a good product to mask the odors.

Could have purchased at a store for 1/2 the price. Was led to believe a case contained much more than really in there. Would have cost even more money to return the item. Very misleading especially to the elderly who need them most. Would never order from this company again. Total rip-off.

The help desk makes an uncomfortable conversation very professional with thoughtful questions and answers to questions that you may have.

I have received products from HDIS for a number of years and appreciate that I can find so much of what I need in one place. Delivery is prompt, and merchandise arrives in good condition. When I phone my order in, the operator is always courteous and pleasant, and I appreciate it.
