The item was to be delivered in 2-5 days. 5 days is Friday. They said Friday (by the end of the day) all week, it said Friday. Now it says Monday (when I will not even be here if it requires signing which it should not). For most things I would not care but this is not a commodity item, this is something that (could) drastically affects the quality of life (this is the first and maybe the last time I do business with this company) and could even affect my employ ability!
