Online order had no area to put in coupon code. Called HDIS immediately and was told it would be taken care of - it was not. Otherwise product and service are good. Have been a customer many years.

I was very please with the variety of underwear I received and they do keep you from leaking through your clothes. I was very comfortable going into public because I knew I was protected and would not have an embarrassing moment while I was in public. They work very well and I would recommend them to anyone I knew that also suffered from an overactive bladder like myself.

HDIS carries great products and I find everything I need. I don't need a whole lot right now, but I like what I get. So now they are doing a $2.95 'order charge'. So even though I only needed a couple of things, to try, in hopes I will like them, I had to pay an extra $2.95 onto a $20 order. I'm not sure I will be so quick to order next time. I will check out my options to find these products elsewhere. So free shipping and an 'order charge' sounds to me like something to recoup shipping costs. I would have given them 5 stars if not for that. I'm quite disappointed in that.
