My order arrived quickly and was well packed in a sturdy box.

I was supposed to receive package on Thursday. No one ever called me because your HDIS staff didn't put my phone number on the FED EX ticket. On Friday I called HDIS and the operator said it would arrive on Saturday. It still didn't arrive so I called once again. After battling with a phone operator about delivery on TUESDAY, I asked for a supervisor. Finally with some logical thinking, the supervisor was able to have delivery made on Monday. I will probably will never order from you again, even with free shipping because of this lousy experience. It took up lots of my time on the phone with HDIS and it was very frustrating.

Searched and found HDIS had what I was looking for. Easy to order, fair price and received speedy delivery.

My husband tried 3 types of these products, and Reassure is the only one that does not chafe his groin area. That is quite a relief! He also uses Calmoseptine ointment for that area and it keeps any irritation to a minimum. Thank you for these products.

The toilet seat opening is smaller than what we have now. Doubt I ever install it. $168 and can not be returned. Very unhappy!
