Easy to use website and ordering process

These are the same disposable pants that I can buy at the store for my Mom. Due to the cost comparison, I will not be ordering them again.

My items arrived very timely and are sized correctly. The vinyl pull up pants are actually made of some good material and little stiffer than I expected. I have had leaks around the leg cuffs as well. The plastic pull up pants are noticeably thinner, quiter, and softer but I think they are what I'm going to go with because they are more discreet. And so far I'm going to say they seal better around the legs.

Couldn't be better. Just wish you accepted Michigan Medicade or that Medicare covered supplies.

I was so pleased to find this company (HDIS). They are discreet and helpful. I found their trial package of many options the best thing yet. It is a chance to actually try all products and decide what you like best before ordering a big package. You know it works and you know it fits. Awesome. As soon as I figure out exactly what works best for me, I will be placing an order again.

The website was misleading. What I thought I was purchasing was not what I received. What I purchased cost 37.00 and I could have gotten 3 times that amount at Walmart for 36.00. I am able to return it yes, which I am doing, but I still lose 7.00 for postage. Also the mailing isn't what it's discribed. It says will ship same day if received before 4pm. I purchased on a Sunday but didn't ship till Wednesday and didn't receive until Monday. Very disappointed. Was hoping for a good relationship and good products.
