The only problem I have with HDIS is the carrier´s disregard of delivering packages to the door. Some of the packages are so large that it is difficult to manage them when left in the mailroom. I always specifically ask that packages "please be delivered to the door" on the order form and often as not the package is left in the mailroom instead. Otherwise, I am extremely pleased with the services and products provided by HDIS.

I had question about sizing on reusable latex pants. The operator actually took out two pairs and measured them. I ordered, the order arrived, and the pants fit well and are used overnights as they are quite heavy and noisy. But do their job better than anything else I have tried with heavy-duty pull-ons.

My order was returned by shipper for incorrect address (not). After contacting HDIS a new order was sent immediately and was received in a very timely manner.
