At first I received a message that my order was being delivered on 2/17, which was impossible because I had placed it 2/16. The next date of deliver was 2/23. I finally received it 2/24. Our post office is not the greatest. The product appears satisfactory but is pricey. Cheaper in the stores.

I ordered Inter dry cloth the day before I left the hospital, it arrived at my home a few days later..I'm very pleased with the way my order was handled..

Incontinence is embarrassing and troublesome to deal with at first. I'd seen commercials for HDIS on television for years, but didn't realize I'd ever need these products. Suddenly, I did. HDIS customer service was very helpful when I purchased the wrong item and needed to exchange for what I needed. HDIS offers a nice variety of products that have helped me adjust to my new reality more easily. Thank you.

These were perfect for husband with urine incontinence from prostate cancer. The inner elastic leg opening really work!. He uses a pad inside the brief at same time. We are doing chemo at this time and the long treatment appts used to make him so anxious r/t large urine splurges.

For me who can't drive I was very disappointed that part of my order was cancelled and I was not informed. I purchase the Silhouette value pack often due to my over active bladder. Do you have any suggestions and coupons so that I may continue to purchase what is required since I didn't get what I needed? I appreciate any and all information.
