I have used HDIS for about 10 years now, and could not speak anything but highly efficient, customer friendly, and just good people, who go to extremes to satisfy their customers. I would never use any other business for my incontinence needs!

I ordered six pairs of rubber pants and they were thrown in a box and were really filthy. it looked like maybe the box opened and somebody ran over them. i called to ask if you usually send used open packages items. Customer service was very nice and said no. They sent me six more pairs and they also came dirty and thrown in the box. Not as dirty but not still dirty. I just thought paying that much for the rubber pants they would of come in better shape and clean.
