We've dealt with HDIS for a couple of years, and have always had a positive experience. They're one of the few companies that pays attention when I request that packages be delivered to the front door rather than leaving them downstairs outside the garage, where I may not see them for several days. But what demonstrated the true quality of this organization occurred in connection with my last order. I had mistakenly ordered a very inappropriate type of briefs for my husband. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from an HDIS employee pointing out the discrepancy between what I usually order and what I'd ordered this time. If I had not received that call, I would have gotten a delivery of 2 cartons of the wrong thing, necessitating a trip to the post office. My thanks to everyone in the organization. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Staff is very helpful and understanding. If they don't have the answer they will find or the answer to the question. I am ver very happy that attends makes the cloth ultra thin pad w/wings.nthey work great for me have had no reactions of any kind. Will they make briefs cloth. Like material- attends.

Very easy and great delivery

The new Adult Diaper pale is working out great. I like the large opening and the way the bags hold more larger depends as opposed to the diaper genie which was much more limited in it's ability. All be it good but the Janibell Akord Incontinence Disposal System works the best
