The product was totally unsatisfactory. I was looking for a highly absorbent pad, the ad on line made the one I bought sound very aborbant... it is anything but that. I had to throw them away... I had been ordering Poise heavy absorbent pads every month from Amazon; but Poise changed the quality of their pads so now I am searching for a replacement.... this was certainly not it!

I have been very pleased with any contact I have had with this company. While there is usually room for improvement, I personally can not think of any ways you could improve in your service. Thank you.

I do not buy a lot online - I have been disappointed a few times - however I really like HDIS - I trust them - great company and I will do business with them again - Diane Wilson
