I ordered rubber pants and rec'd shampoo head caps ...I was alittle sad about what had happened.. And still have not rec'd what I first ordered.

Excellent product. It took 7 days to receive the order. When you are happy with Amazon Prime shipping in 2-3 days, delivery time seemed lengthy. All I can say is, plan your order ahead of time, or join the automatic shipping and you won't notice. I used the help chat, because I could not locate the product on the website that I ordered previously by mail....In all, a good shopping experience.

I love HDIS! Customer service is so easy to work with. The product my mother in law uses is reassure which is more comfortable than Depends that I was buying for her at local stores. Shipping is quick. The overnight high rise that we buy is not only comfortable for her but so far, no leakage! So glad I tried HDIS!!!
