This company is very easy to deal with. The product is the best we have found. My wife has used it for several years and it’s nice to be able to get it directly from the manufacturer. It was delivered within three days as promised at a fair price.

HDIS is my elf on the shelf - always dependable and available. Finding HDIS saved me from a lifetime of my husband finding the "best bargain" in underwear, pads, and other helpful items for this new phase in my life. It doesn't matter if the underwear is $.25 a pair if it does not fit. I am not wearing it! Trying to explain that if it leaks, it is no bargain just does not make any difference to my husband. Being able to order a variety of samples is convenient and smart. It isn't as costly to pick the best for my situation and often at the best cost. I require industrial strength dependability for my incontinence and HDIS has several highly absorbent brands that fit me comfortably.
