I ordered Covidien (Kendall) Wings Choice Plus Briefs, but the briefs that we received were not this brand. We get these all the time, and what we did receive were lower quality. HDIS does not pay for return shipping, which is expensive, so I'm donating the briefs. I understand that return shipping is expensive, so it may not be cost effective for the business, but that makes it more important to ship the correct product.

Five stars for HDIS - very good selection of quality products. My favorites are Poise and Tena. brands. least is Always, which I will never purchase again

They have always delivered my products on time, have a scheduled delivery that works great, and are understanding when I reduce costs and waste with reusable products instead of disposable ones. Very helpful. For the website, one improvement they could make would be to allow me to see my previous automatic deliveries, but their customer service reps have that info when you talk by phone. I have no reservations about this company, I go to them first for these needs.

HDIS is a wonderful company. I placed an online order and received it in record time. The products are of great quality.

Good service, selection and pricing but... after advertising your discretion and shipping your orders in unmarked boxes, you start sending one piece of mail after another with your advertising splashed all over the envelope. So much for the company being discriminate.
