Video didn't count for credit and didn't find out until afterwards, so you wasted my time

We are sorry to hear that! We strive to deliver valuable and sometimes entertaining learning content. Early in the webcast, we mentioned that this was a short, special presentation that is not available for credits. We have plenty of upcoming webcasts that are available for SHRM and HRCI recertification credits. You can view our schedule here if you are interested: https://www.hci.org/webcasts Hope to see you on another webcast soon!

Fantastic materials and instructor
Fantastic materials and instructor. The only issue was with Audio, some individuals were unable to use audio. This is likely an issue with broadband width during the COVID Pandemic. The instructor did a great job managing the communications and questions of attendees using chat and audio.

Content is good
Content is good, but I've attended a few sessions in the last couple of days and the quality of the webinar is consistently spotty even after I try to adjust the HD settings for a better experience. It's hard to keep focus when the presentation is consistently cutting in and out.

Thank you for your feedback and attendance. We apologize for the poor audio that you experienced. You can watch the webcast ondemand that will have better quality.

I find great value in the material presented. This type of support is very important as we are constant learners these days. Every day offers an opportunity to change how we are doing things to keep up with technology and innovation in HR practices and HCI provides the content to align our work with best practices.
