It was great, I would have liked more step by step process on how to analyze roles and to implement strategic planning.

This was a great course!

Good information but... Too much info delivered rapid fire (and this review is from a NY fast-talker). At times it felt like a book was being read to me rather than a presentation being given - too many quotes and cute acronyms. It muddied the waters rather than having a few really key quotes to drive home the point it felt like the presenter wasn't confident in the material so she was using quotes to bolster her own points - which were solid on their own. Also, the cute acronyms don't stick in my head as well when they are constantly being replaced. ARC means 2 different things and then it's heads, hearts, hands, then it gets jumbled. Overall good content, but I'd recommend a few tweaks

The layout of the 2 day program was excellent. Dr. Allen is a great instructor and provided us with real world examples that help professionals put things into perspective and practice. The pace of the course was also good. Having a small class allows you to learn from peers, interact with the instructor, and discuss your experience.

The concepts are explained with flow charts which is easier to understand. Latest trends explained.
