The HCI Change Management for HR was a great certification to experience. It’s clear they facilitate in a way that aligns with all Change Management models out there so that it’s extremely model agnostic. They managed to place more emphasis on effectively using the models with some unique human design concepts embedded. More over, the way they introduced roles in Change Management was extremely thought-provoking to the extent that I am re-thinking our team’s OCM approach.

I was very impressed with my class professor and his ability to deliver an engaging virtual course. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour which made it enjoyable. The materials and content provided were also very helpful and can be used beyond the course. I would recommend the Strategic Workforce Planning for aspiring HR professionals.

Workforce Planning Certification class was helpful in understanding the foundation of WFP. The instructor used plain language that aided in my learning of complicated subject matter.

Great course! I had so many take-aways, it was well worth it. As always, you get out of it what you put in - so interaction is key!

The class was informative, and the resource center has plenty of good material. The class handouts were very interesting. It felt as if the class was less about strategic and more about team building/ molding and growing. It would be good for Plant and operations managers as well. I believe that the 6 week duration was too long. it may be better accomplished by a 2 week session since its hard to recall what was learned in the previous weeks. Instruction was good and did a good job including everyone with zoom tasks.

Good content. As we adapt to virtual delivery I think there is an opportunity to modify the format. More break-out rooms, use of polls, encouraging video, virtual whiteboards, and more breaks between content delivery. The instructor also used the term critical in lieu of strategic. I understand why. However, now I must reference and re-purpose SWP material to align with the context of my notes.

From a customer service standpoint communication was spotty. From a course standpoint, it was not what I was expecting and the facilitator was not flexible at all considering her class was geared toward professionals during the work day. I would never take a course from this organization again. As a seasoned HR professional I would suggest sticking with HRCI, SHRM and BLR.
