Jenna is an excellent researcher as are her presentation skills. Of particular note was her analysis of how COVID has impacted the changes among companies surveyed in Talent and Leadership Development programs. Further that challenges or barriers to effective internal mobility of employees, is that about 67% of those surveyed cited that lack of searchable comprehensive talent profiles databases represent the biggest impediment. That would seem to be a very fixable problem. Thank you for the most valuable info.

I was unable to get connected to the session. I started to chat with someone and after the first exchange, they went silent. I have a lot of difficulty connecting to the sessions as the web link is not live nor does the link sent in the invitation take you into the webcast - it takes me to another page. Suggestion - just as SHRM does, have the link direct the participant into the the session vs. having to select another link to connect. Thank you!

The webcast about predictions for 2021 was good. The predictions themselves were fine (pretty common sense for the most part) but her drill down into some of the practical steps were very helpful and actionable. Very helpful.
