The virtual conference was formatted clearly, with opportunities to connect with the speakers in an informal "coffee chat" in between sessions. The polls and chat box feature kept the audience engaged. The conference met all my objectives and left me sparkling with new ideas to take back and start improving to our onboarding.

Very insightful session. The choice of speakers was great as they are subject matter experts with longstanding experience in onboarding not to mention that they come from diverse industries.

The Onboarding virtual conference was great! We heard from a mixed group of guest speakers all covering the essentials in an onboarding journey. I gave it a 4/5 stars because I was hoping there'd be a chance to network with other individuals that attended the event as well. I feel like we could've all gained from hearing about each others' roles, where we work, and the different kinds of problems we're each dealing with. Other than that, I was really satisfied with all of the guest speakers and chosen content for each session.

Definitely a good use of time. My favorite sessions were the ones with concrete, practical tips and resources (do/don't recommendations, specific ways to build connection, etc.).

Very informative conference. Really well planned and timed out perfectly. Not too long, not drug out, good timed breaks and resources even after the conference to look over.

I liked the simplicity of the platform. I was not able to get the polling to work and I could never figure out how to get the downloads of the slides. I thought the content was good and the speakers were as well. Loved the fireside chat and the last speaker because they gave real examples of what can be done.

I liked most of the content. My only complaint is that some of the content was just too high-level to be helpful. The first half of the seminar seemed to be more about employee and brand management and not onboarding.

Felt like the course was disorganized and outdated. And why not providing powerpoint slides?
