My experience with HCI has been GREAT. The varied of trainings are amazing, can always find a course to build my knowledge base. I also had the opportunity to complete one of their certification courses, fabulous. The course was so informative and engaging so many take aways. As well as a great networking opportunity.

I took this course with the goal of filling in my knowledge gaps and getting a better understanding of what an HRBP does. The course definitely provided that information and also gave us many useful tools and concepts that I feel have much better prepared me for a career as a Business Partner. My instructor was extremely knowledgeable and used real-life examples to further explain the various concepts and strategies presented. She was also very adept at facilitating the online course and maximizing the tools that the platform offers. I am excited to apply the things I have learned and am so glad I took this course!

The instructor was adequate (albeit dry), but we only did one breakout session in the entire two day/16 hour session. When I mentioned to a colleague that the one breakout session was the most impactful part of my training, she said that she had many, many breakout sessions. I talked further to other colleagues who had different instructors, and it appears that my course was the only one without breakout sessions. This would have been incredibly helpful, since now the portion of the training that I know the best is the portion where I had our one breakout session. For almost $2,000, I am disappointed in the quality of instruction and found it easier to teach myself from the workbook and other materials.

The Leadership Development & Succession Strategist (LDSS) certification course was excellent. The instructor was professional and kept the participants engaged. The course was informative and through breakout sessions we able to work on individual and/or group exercises.
