Great class. Megan was supper getting the class engaged, inactive class and chat rooms were awesome!

Mark Hacker was a great host, presenter, trainer. I could understand best when he gave real-life situations. I do recommend the material give more examples with full scenario outcomes (more examples of what they had come up with).

Very good educational experience. I really enjoyed the format, the small group in which I got to interact, and the facilitator. The activities were very helpful for the understanding of the content, and I greatly enjoyed the participant manual (material) that they provided! Very helpful! I will definetly recommend to colleagues and friends for development and growth!

I had to take the test twice because it didn't record my score the first time.

I loved the Strategic Workforce Planning course. It was the 2nd one I have taken by HCI. Totally worth the time and money. The instructor was experienced and an excellent adult educator/ trainer. She went the extra mile to keep us engaged, working together and learning. She also stayed after the class to answer additional questions- super helpful. The curriculum on point with what is needed for walking away with knowledge you can apply immediately. I trust HCI to deliver training that is up to date with current trends and embedded in real world practice. Well done!
