I bought 2 necklaces for my grandchildren. I loved the preview section on the website where we could see how the names would look in different fonts. And we could choose different chain styles too! They arrived on time and are such good quality. I'll definitely buy from here again.

Bought my daughter a personalised necklace for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. Straight forward, chose the font, chain and length and colour. You could chose to have it gift boxed with a personal message. Also came within a week. Would buy from Hey big day again

Hi Katie, I’m very sorry to hear about your friend. After reviewing your order, I can confirm it was sent within our advertised 10 working day turnaround (it was sent on working day 8). Our turnaround times are clearly highlighted in multiple areas on the website, and a delivery time is a requirement to choose at checkout to avoid confusion. We set a clear Christmas cutoff and guarantee that all orders placed before it, including yours, will arrive before Christmas. Please remember that bespoke, handmade items like ours require more time due to detailed crafting and quality checks. A tracking number was emailed to you and your item is expected to be delivered on time tomorrow. Please let us know if you have any issues receiving it. I hope your friend loves her gift, and you both have a great Christmas.

Hi Fred, we've been in touch with tracking info and I can see it has been delayed with Royal Mail despite being sent on a 48-hour tracked delivery service, so have fast tracked a replacement for you, as discussed in our emails.
