Very quick process!
It took 4 days in total from ordering a personalised double name necklace, to it being delivered to my door. Very efficient service, excellent quality product, and very affordable compared to similar brands! The quality is really good also. I’d recommend measuring the size you want before purchasing to make sure it’s long enough (I didn’t, slightly shorter than I want but still fits!)
Overall, 10/10 service and would definitely recommend.

Brutally dissapointed
A wild experience. First of all do not order if you're out of UK - customs, taxes, and delivery fees will easily double the price of the product itself. The processing time is weirdly long. The delivery, altho yes fully on postal services, takes ages. Ordered a necklace 1st of Dec, arrived well into the month, that with the hassle of needing to ask the seller for a tracking nr to figure out where the parcel even is, since I was never given one. When arrived, the necklace was torn and unwearable. Cannot imagine it happening during shipment, so seems like quality control is just a name and doesn't actually check quality before sending. When negotiating, got a replacement sent, which took just shy of a couple of days from a full month to arrive. Mind you I'm nothern EU, not in the land down under, and the seller promised "express post". Lastly, the second necklace did arrive intact, but the length describtion is brutally off. I will take the blame for not having a measuring tape on me to confirm the length whilst ordering late night trapped in hospital, but please. The "collarbone length" chain is a good 7cm below my collarbone, I don't even know how to comment on this, will have to find a way to shorten the chain.
Cute pieces on display, but grossly overpriced, and quite problematic, unfortunately a horrible experience that ruined my joy of getting myself a long wanted present.

I’m sorry your item initially arrived damaged, we quality check all items and guarantee that quality, which is why when you messaged to say it was broken, we immediately sent a replacement on our express service, along with paying all custom fees to get it to you.
Unfortunately international delivery over Christmas can take longer than usual, and we have to extend our turnaround times as it’s the busiest time of year, but we do make this clear in our delivery options before checkout, and guarantee arrival before Christmas up to our cutoff date in December.
All of our chains require customers to pick a length in inches so that you can measure and know exactly what you’re getting. If you measure the item, you’ll find the chain is the exact size you requested, however if you’d have let us know you’d like a different size before we resent the item, we’d have happily done that for you.
Customs fees are charged on any imported product, usually at a rate of 20% + a fee of whatever the delivery provider in your country decide to charge, we share your frustration on this, but it is not something we can control.
Designing bespoke jewellery to order can take some time, however we are proud that our turnaround is considerably less that most of our competitors, as are our prices.
