Hi Matthias, we pay all taxes and duties for all countries that our shipping provider offers, which includes most of the EU, USA and more. For countries that we do not offer duties is a clear warning banner above the add to cart button indicating duties / taxes are due. Unfortunately Belgium is one of the countries that does not allow us to cover the duties with our shipping provider. Hi Jamal, I'm sorry that your chain has broken. We offer a 2 year warranty on all our products, and any chain breakage caused by a manufacturing fault is covered under our warranty. You shared an image which showed the name on your chain was severely deformed, this kind of damage will usually break or weaken the link on our sterling silver chains, unfortunately we cannot cover accidental damage under our warranty. We did offer to repair this for you, and asked for a small contribution towards the cost of repairing it and posting it back out to you, which you refused. We also cannot accept demands for refunds under threats of bad reviews. We have a dedicated quality control step for our pieces, and because of that we expect any manufacturing fault that may have slipped through the net to show within 30 days, however they are assessed on a case by case basis.

Hi Danielle, We’re sorry to hear how disappointed you are, especially as the necklace was a gift from your mum. When you first contacted us regarding an issue with the clasp, we arranged a complimentary repair and covered all associated costs even though it was outside of our warranty. When a further issue was reported several months later, we offered another replacement for a small contribution towards the replacement and postage. We appreciate that you were hoping for a refund and are sorry that the resolution offered did not meet your expectations. Hi Mrs Corky, We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your necklace. Our jewellery is made from certified 925 sterling silver. As with all sterling silver, tarnishing can occur over time, but it would be unusual for this to happen after only 6 weeks under normal wear, and it’s not something we commonly see. If it were a regular issue, it would naturally be reflected in our customer feedback. When tarnishing appears this quickly, it is typically due to contact with something that accelerates the process, such as perfumes, cleaning products, or moisture rather than a fault with the piece itself. As per standard practice for sterling silver jewellery, we weren’t able to offer a replacement. However we did offer our repair service at cost price, as a way to help resolve the issue.

I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been, especially after paying for priority delivery. I’ve checked the tracking for order #36842 and it shows three delivery attempts were made within the priority delivery timeframe, but the courier marked them as no answer. I also want to be transparent that we don’t have a phone number recorded on the order on our side. If you’d like, we can resend a copy of the order details to show exactly what we received. That said, a missing phone number on its own wouldn’t usually prevent delivery, so we want to understand why the courier is saying the shipment had incomplete information. I can confirm shipping was paid via our account. The only extra charges that are sometimes requested on arrival are local customs/import duties or carrier handling fees. If the courier is claiming shipping wasn’t paid, we can provide proof and raise this directly with them. Please contact our customer service team via the website with your order number and, if possible, a screenshot of the fee request from the courier so we can investigate and get this resolved. Sorry again for the experience so far, and thank you for giving us the chance to look into this properly.

Hi Leah, I’m sorry you’re unhappy with how this was handled. I’ve reviewed the full conversation and want to clarify what happened. You contacted us to say the chain arrived snapped. For any fault issue we offer a repair, replacement or refund, and we cover the costs. To arrange that, we asked for the item to be returned and provided return options. When you told us you couldn’t print a label, we explained the available alternatives. As you didn’t want to use any of the return options, we then made the decision to issue a full refund anyway, without requiring the item back, so you were not left out of pocket. We completely understand it’s frustrating when something arrives damaged, but we did resolve this by refunding in full. If there’s anything specific you feel is unresolved, please email customer services with your order number and we’ll confirm the refund details and help further.

Hi Abraham, I'm sorry you input the wrong address on your order - unfortunately we had already sent this before you realised and let us know. We offered to resend this free of charge, but as explained over email, the tracking shows this item is due to be returned to sender, so we will need to wait to receive it before we can do this.
