Such slow processing time. Item lovely
Lovely item but processing time is so slow! 10 days processing for £3.95 delivery?? Took 14 days before delivered. Apparently this is due to their quality control system, however, why are you advertising goods that haven't already been quality controlled. Other companies offer a much quicker turnaround time.

Hi there, thanks a lot for your order, i'm glad you like it! We do have to extend our turnaround over the Christmas period as it's the busiest time of year. It is usually much faster, however we guarantee Christmas delivery, and clearly state when items will be dispatched when ordering.
