The product came early and they were exactly as described. HBCSurf is very reliable.

I choose to forgo free shipping and paid extra to have my item shipped sooner. It was delivered late - 10 days after I purchased it. I called multiple times to speak to someone - and repeatedly got voicemail. I eventually left a message. No one called back to resolve and no refund was offered on shipping. Pretty lame service; pity --- looked like a cool store and the price was great. Written in the spirit of hoping this is useful feedback and have no need for this review to be made public.
