HBCSurfReviews of hbcsurf.com

Item was advertised in stock; yet it took well over a week before they shipped, then another week for delivery so close to 3 weeks between order and delivery. A very long time in the age of 2-3 day delivery. Item was as advertised and packed well.

I choose to forgo free shipping and paid extra to have my item shipped sooner. It was delivered late - 10 days after I purchased it. I called multiple times to speak to someone - and repeatedly got voicemail. I eventually left a message. No one called back to resolve and no refund was offered on shipping. Pretty lame service; pity --- looked like a cool store and the price was great. Written in the spirit of hoping this is useful feedback and have no need for this review to be made public.
