Negative 10 stars Negative 10 stars! I have had completely the same experience with this sham of a company. Ordered December 4th for December 21st delivery. No delivery, no explanation. Used the order status check feature and it says the order has not even been printed yet. But somehow the $210 has left my account. Same issues with trying to contact customer service, phone calls that go right to a recorded message with no chance to even speak with someone, unanswered emails, and fake "live" online chat option. They need to be stopped.

1st gift - Arrived on time but I ordered "HANDMADE CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES APPLE BASKET" for a friend in the USA. Even paid FEDEX 2 guaranteed days shipping so the strawberries remain fresh upon arrival (as they suggested). It arrived and what did she get? A Brown & Haley Cashew Roca The Original Buttercrunch Toffee Cashews which I could get from the supermarket! I paid $41.24 for this?? RIDICULOUS! Tried to call, email, live chat - absolutely nothing. Ended up a dispute through Paypal. Communicated with the Seller and their reason they have the right to substitute something equal or greater value than the item I ordered. A Brown & Haley Cashew Roca The Original Buttercrunch Toffee Cashews equivalent or greater than USD41.24? What a joke. Come on. I replied and they never responded after that. 2nd gift - delivery to Canada and was 2 days late. However, I was relieved that it was the CORRECT items I ordered (strawberry chocolates in a basket with German beers). No damages and intact. 3rd gift- After all the headache of no notifications given, I had to ask my friend to find high and low for the gift. She found it but another disappointment. I ordered a Custom Wine Basket that should have two white wines (American and Italian) in a silver tin. What came? A brown cheap-looking basket with one white Australian wine (that costs USD$10) and a small forerror rocher chocolates (that costs USD$1.50). How is that equivalent or greater value than two wines??! I paid this for USD$76.40?? So not worth it. I had no choice but to apologize to my friend and order another wine from a different store. Everyone, order from this company at your own risk! Or just run far far away! It gave me such anxiety issues seriously. It is not the money but it is the thought of giving wonderful Christmas presents during this pandemic time. Hopefully, Paypal will help.

Seems as though just about everyone on here has a similar story about this place... One of my coworkers recently had a baby: So wanting to send a little congratulatory gift I chose this "Champaign & Balloon" with upgraded Champaign and a custom embroidered bib with their daughters name on it to be delivered to their house... Anyways, not only was the delivery quite slow (not necessarily Hazeltons fault), but I was very disappointed when he got back into work and thanked me for the "campaign and cutting board"... Turns out that they apparently decided to swap out the large "Welcome Baby" balloon with a cutting board??? On top of that they screwed up the custom add on bib (definitely was not embroidered) and I was to afraid to even ask which campaign they sent. But based on the rest I'm assuming it wasn't the Moet I had upgraded to. What a waste of $130. Our company will certainly never order from these guys again.

poorest and most unreliable service!!! They accepted the desired delivery date (my friend's birthday) during the order and changed it afterwards to A WEEK LATER! Not only was the order delivery delayed, but the flower from the gift basket was torn and not fresh anymore, and the flower pot had been broken in multiple pieces during the shipping. They are refusing to process a refund, despite the fact that they did not meet the promised service delivery conditions. Never order from them!

If I could give zero stars I would. Buyer Beware! This company is a complete fraud. I had ordered a gift basket for my grandmother. It arrived broken and completely rotten with ants included. When checking out the customer gets to select desired delivery date. Not only did this company lie and deliver the basket a full week later than promised, but refused to give a refund. Customer service manager told me “I should have paid for the ridiculously expensive overnight shipping if I didn’t want it to arrive spoiled and rotten.” I was promised a delivery date that they couldn’t adhere to and when it didn’t arrive until much later I figured they must have a good way of shipping these items so they remain unspoiled. NEVER buy from this company!

Do not purchase anything from them under no circumstances. They are crooks. I filed a complaint on Internet Crime Compliant Center as well as calling my bank for chargeback. Because they will never refund my money. I ordered goods. Without notifying me, they changed my order. This is Fraud immediately. Thankfully it was the delivery company they use, who called me only yesterday to inform that what he was about to deliver was nowhere near what I ordered initially. I immediately cancelled my order. If you send email to their customer service, all they do is send generic emails. Their emails come from 3/4/5 different domains NOT from Hazeltons. They offered no solution whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money with these crooks. They are not an honest company.They are FRAUD.

I ordered a $400AU hamper for our daughter and the hamper was stuffed into a box and took 10 days to be delivered to a business after hours on a Friday. NOTHING I ordered other than a bottle of Moët was delivered as ordered. Many items missing that was paid for, Not good customer service either, may respond but quote all these terms and conditions. You show a product but supply 💩

We thought ‘what a lovely anniversary present for our daughter and son-in-law’. Sadly it was not to be. The wrong gift box was sent. Several items we ordered were never sent. What was sent arrived damaged (not way of knowing who’s responsible for that). The bouquet was in a terrible state. When my daughter complained she was told we should have looked at question 22 in FAO’s. Basically ‘we’re not interested’! And I didn’t even receive any sort of reply to my complaint! You might have a good experience with Hazleton’s. Then again you might not and they won’t care!
