Total disaster. Ordered a basket for delivery to L.A. This destination is listed on their website. It arrived over 2 WEEKS later. Flowers dead, strawberries rotten. I did choose a slower delivery method but did not expect it would ship from Canada and take so long. Why is this even an option. From other reviews they must see this is an issue. Also the reviews I left on their web site does not show. In fact it shows 0% of 1 star reviews. Very different to here. BBB rated them F. Wish I’d known . How embarrassing to send dead flowers and rotten fruit as a gift.

My boyfriend spent $350.00 for them to send me 99 cent store cookies (that he did not order) i was missing a vase, balloons, a stuffed animal. ALL the fruit was ROTTEN, roses DEAD, succulents DEAD, the box had an extremely nasty odor, simply disgusting. ZERO stars and if we don't get that refund we're suing. some liquid sprayed out while trying to open the plastic around the box, my eye is still itchy and red.

Terrible customer service ! The package did not contain what I had ordered. They do not talk to the customer. I called and left numerous messages and no responses. I tried to contact the company 6 times email....and no person will respond.

ordered fresh dipped strawberries and some cookies to be delivered to my father by the 13th of February. After making my order, I realized I probably should have chosen a faster delivery method (because of the strawberries) and quickly sent a message to customer service to change the shipping. I received no reply via email. I also spent the better part of an hour trying to get someone on the phone without success. I didn't have a notification mail to let me know that my order had gone through (and therefore no order number to reference). Several days later, I got a shipping notification that indicated that the order was being sent via ground (on the 10th). Again, assuming that the order would be delivered via ground on the date I requested (the 13th) I was not too alarmed by the length of time the fresh fruit would be traveling for. Today, I have received a shipping notification that says that the package (for valentine's day) will arrive by the 18th. FRESH FRUIT IN THE MAIL FOR 8 DAYS!

WISH I HAD SEEN THIS SOONER! I have never been treated so badly by a business or company! I spent over $110.00 on a gift basket that was to contain wine, flowers, gourmet snacks, a cutting board and several other items. Nothing was what I ordered and they didn't send the flowers or cutting board. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone and when I emailed they sent me their "substitution" disclaimer. They could've substituted cheeses...with another cheese if the ones I chose weren't in stock. There were none at all. They didn't send the flowers at all and the basket was not what I ordered. I am irate! They have yet to make it right. "Substitution"... how about FRAUD and THEFT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ditto. I ordered chocolate-dipped-strawberries-pizza and instead my gift recipient received a bag of rotten strawberries, a box of chocolates, and a FIG BAR!!! I couldn't get a hold of anyone of their phone line, chat function, and no one has responded to my email. I've gone straight to PayPal and requested a refund from them instead. I've never experienced such a horrible scam.

Over 2 weeks since delivery of a 70th birthday gift should have been delivered. I wrote them over five times the past two weeks asking why the delivery was not made. I only receive form letters saying they will get back with me in 24-72 hrs. That has not happened! This business needs to be turned into the better business bureau for its lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Do not order from them if you want your special occasion basket to arrive, EVER!

Review I am not one to spontaneously write bad reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. Please do NOT order from these people. I recently bought a custom gift basket for my brother. The gift basket had close to $120 in items. What arrived couldn’t cost more than 30. Most items where missing. The actual basket wasn’t the same as the one I bought and the items that did arrive we’re replaced with very cheap versions of them. I tried to contact them many times via email, phone and chat and their mailbox was full and I did not get a response. When I first bought from them I only saw a few bad reviews on their site and decided to ignore them. Please do not do the same.
