I had hoped not to have to write this review, but Hazleton's provided me with no other option. The package we ordered for our daughter and son-in-law's housewarming arrived late, contained the wrong salutation, contained spoiled chocolate strawberries and a chipped champagne glass. When I requested a refund, I was only offered credit towards another gift package. As if, I wanted to trust them with another order and pay more them more money, I only wish I had found these reviews before placing my order. Taken together, they reveal what a sorry company this is.

Would like NO stars. Awful customer service, weirdly repeating the mantra of we do our best to exceed our customers....yadda yadda. They couldn't meet never mind exceed. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered an Easter gift of a cake and Easter brownies from the UK to be delivered on 3rd April to Phoenix for my grandchildren. Now 6th April and have been told it will arrive on 8th. I am sure by that time the products will be inedible as it will be well over a week since they were shipped. That’s 85$ or £65 completely wasted. The company are refusing to refund or credit. Total rubbish company, Surely there must be some law in US which prevents this scam. Only wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned! I would give them NO STARS if I could.

nowNEW I had a horrible experience. I ordered an Easter basket for my kids the day before Easter, and received a confirm that it would be delivered that same day. On Easter morning, I was notified that my order was not placed in time and would not arrive that day, but would arrive the day after Easter. I said to cancel the order - it was no use to me after Easter. Not only was I told that the order could be canceled because it already been processed, but when the order finally showed up it was for entirely different items than I had paid for.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a basket in December for my partner who was finally home after a stint in the hospital. I requested same day delivery and it did not deliver until 3 weeks later (after multiple emails being exchanged with a Nicole). When the basket arrived, the basket itself was not the one I ordered and it was broken into 4-5 pieces. The contents were either spoiled (the cheeses) or broken as well. I reported this to Nicole, and she never responded again. I followed the protocols on the website to send an email and include photos of the basket upon its arrival - no response. I have since been emailing all of the email addresses associated with customer service, and no response for MONTHS. Finally, yesterday I sent an email using a different email address and included that I could only assume this mistreatment of a paying customer felt like it was due to be being gay (something I'd included in my email to Nicole previously as this was a gift for my partner). A man named Oscar emailed me back almost immediately stating "this accusation is completely unfounded, absurd, and frankly desperate sounding" Do not use this company. They are a bunch of jerks who have no motive to help you.

Same deal as everyone else. Terrible terrible company. Ordered a bunch of “Passover” baskets for donors of a non-profit. They sent a bunch of stuff that wasn’t Kosher, let alone Kosher for Passover. Seriously, who sends shortbread cookies in a Passover basket?! Screw your “substitution” policy. That is just unacceptable.

Don’t waste your money Appalling customer service. Ordered the Tequila & Tortilla gift basket- arrived with no Tequila, Lemon or chocolates. When contacted they tried to say I’d agreed to substitutions! Nothing like what’s advertised and took 3 separate deliveries to put right. Even then there were still missing items but I can’t tolerate any further incompetence. They only attempted to rectify after threat of chargeback via my credit card company. Avoid at all costs. The quality of the items are poor and unless you ask the recipient to check the contents you would never know they’d omitted the alcohol from the basket. Sounds like a scam and looking at the rest of the feedback here looks like it is!

Agree with everyone else on here. Do not use this company. The delivered a basket that all the strawberries were smashed and juice was all over everything. When I contacted customer service they said there was nothing they could do about it.
