Hazelton's Gift Baskets USAReviews of hazeltonsgiftbaskets.com

Payed for one day shipping. It didn’t come in that day. When I contacted customer service I was told they don’t actually have to do one day shipping even though it’s what I paid for and I ordered in the time frame they require. I don’t really understand how you can take my money for a service you don’t plan on fulfilling. Pick any other place and don’t get scammed like me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have no idea how this company is still trading. Ordered a Christmas basket which arrived a lot later than promised. A lot of the items were substituted with 5 bags of pretzels. We also paid extra for Prosecco and Rum, neither of which were delivered. Complained on the day of delivery, left many messages, emails etc. for at least a month. All we wanted was for the items we had paid for to be delivered. Had a couple of replies asking for images which we sent then never heard anything back again. Now going through credit card company to retrieve costs. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY

I am very disappointed with Hazelton's. What a complete waste of money - I spent hours searching for a company that would allow me to customise the items in the basket, only to figure out that all of my items were substituted and I was not notified. I tried calling over 15 times, their phone lines conveniently did not have a live agent tending to calls so my call was disconnected every single time. When I finally spoke with a live agent through the chat function, all he did was copy and paste the policy and suggest that I send an email that has yet to be answered. When I tried to escalate the issue, he suggested that I call their phone lines... knowing very well that there was no one there to pick up calls. What a headache - honestly the gift basket was so tacky and far from what I picked, I am embarrassed that I even sent it in the first place.

The TRUTH about Hazletons Gift Baskets! This company is a SCAM!! The positive reviews are fake and planted by paid reviewers! They honestly do not even deserve a 1...would give zero if I could!!! I ordered a gift basket that was supposed to contain : - a box of cookies ($19) -a box of chocolate brownies($16) - a New Zealand bottle of wine ($26) - an African Violet potted plant in ceramic planter($16) - black jute tray ($6.40) They substituted literally every single item !!! Sent instead: - a box of stale crackers - a small pkg of cranberry cheese ( Very embarrassing being the sender, given that the recipient actually has s severe allergy to cheese!!!) - a bunch of daisies in a plain glass ( vase ( vase is type you can get in Dollar Store for $2). - the tray was not delivered or replaced Customer Service simply gave a “Too bad So sad “ response !!! DO NOT order anything from this place! They’ll rip you off for sure!!! I’m in the process of “filing an order” for “Fraudulent Business Practices” against them . -

How I wish I had seen these reviews before I spent money with this company! I ordered a bottle of champagne and balloons for my daughter to celebrate a milestone in her PhD and it never even arrived. You cannot contact them as they never answer the phone, chat or email. You can’t even comment on their social media because commenting is turned off. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Buyer beware!!!!! I spent 106 bucks to get pears apples pears champagne and flutes. Well the fruit was all rotten it was cheap wine and wine glasses instead of fruit. Sincerely, Oscar Customer Service Management The Gift Group

Horrible customer service. So much fine print that they have an excuse for EVERYTHING! It wasn't on time. - Well they don't count weekends. Rotten fruit - read small print - not responsible for perishable items. Smashed cheese - well they didn't address that. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Absolutely the worst type of people running the show, they fraudulently posts photos of things that are not what is shipped. First time I ordered,I thought because of Covid, they messed up so I tried them a second time, it was an absolute disappointment. The basket didn’t have most of the items including what I paid for extra!
