They don't deserve a single star. I wish I would have read all of these negative reviews before ordering from this bait and switch company. The photos speak for themselves. The "gift basket" looked NOTHING like what was advertised on their "Mutts & Mousers" website. I understand per the FAQs on their website that sometimes substitutions are necessary, but this was WAY off. The gift basket I ordered didn't even come in a basket as shown, instead it was delivered in a basic plastic bag. The treats are not the "dehydrated delectables" and the toy is not a giraffe or even a stuffed animal. Poor quality, generic items were substituted and the delivery came very late. I even added some Brandy to the gift order, which was not even included (they did charge me for it). When I emailed customer service they did not respond for a week. Then someone named "Sam" replied to my email and was very rude, demanding photos. After I sent the photos they said they were "not useful" and to "share the correct pictures". Don't embarrass yourself by sending "gift baskets" from this company!

This is a scam company. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a hamper for my mother's 60th birthday and paid 300 dollars for a hamper with 13 luxury items and an orchid. She recieved a hamper without an orchid and with 2 cheap boxes of chocolates. Customer service sent a generic and unhelpful answer saying that they reserve the right to substitute items. They are scamming honest people of their company!

Terrible service. I ordered a gift with two toys for two kids. Only one was sent. Apparently this is within the substitution policy. However the live chat operator agreed to send a second toy. So far, so good but this was never sent and i was not informed. I would avoid this company"

I strongly advise not to buy from them. They delivered totally different products and as I complained they will justify that with the fact that it is written in their policy and terms that they might change them. Are you kidding me? I ordered wine and cakes and they delivered breadsticks and some chocolate. They told me nothing, they asked me nothing. Not even the same cost of the good!!!! I buy a lot on internet but I never never saw something like that.

They suck! Delivery came busted up. Ordered flowers and wine glasses and they arrived in pieces and everything was soaking wet. Impossible to get in contact with these scammers.

I wish I had seen all of the other horrible reviews before I ordered from these scam-sters. I spent $366 on 2 gift baskets to be sent to a relative in another country and what arrived was the cheapest of NOTHING. Instead of the beautiful array of snacks and an orchid that I purchased extra, what arrived was one little box of cheap chocolates. The other gift basket was to have fresh herbs and jars of sauces and pantry items, and again what arrived was a cheap box of chocolates and water crackers. It was the worst purchase of my life and I hope no one else falls for this scam.

AVOID THEM!!! SCAMMERS please please do not order from them, they are lying about delivery dates. So many negative reviews that recently they changed their website from hazeltons to yorkvilles.com. Please be careful! Unfortunately didn't read reviews before ordering

Like so many others, I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering. Don't order from these fraudsters! If I could give them a negative star rating I would! My experience appears to have been typical: I ordered a gift basket three weeks before my daughter's birthday for delivery the day before. This was (or should have been) a local delivery, from Hazelton's warehouse in NJ to Brooklyn. The requested delivery date came and went and my daughter received no gift basket, nor did I receive any indication from Hazelton's that there was a problem with the delivery. I contacted them on the delivery date and on the following day and received e-mails from two individuals stating that my basket was packed and ready but had not been picked up by the courier. No apology and no further explanation. I contacted them again and asked when the basket would be delivered. No response. A week went by, and still no basket and no further word from Hazelton's, so I contacted them again, demanded a refund and threatened to initiate a dispute against them with PayPal. I got their canned "sorry, but we're in the midst of a pandemic" response, which said they would try to reply within 72 business hours. Three days later, 10 days after the requested delivery date, the basket finally arrived, but more than half the items I had ordered were missing and the rest had been replaced with crummy substitutes (e.g., a 4-pack of crumbling banana nut muffins instead of the 6 chocolate fudge cupcakes I had ordered and a small milk chocolate bar with bacon and crushed potato chips [?!?!] instead of the box of dark chocolate truffles I had ordered).
