Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order for next day deliver to surprise my wife while on vacation. I placed the order in advance of their next day deliver guarantee on the website only to find out later that the delivery would not arrive next day, but four days later. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded but they first tried to evade the order timeline and then basically said there's nothing they can do because the order is shipped – which is not entirely true because the shipping details indicated that the item was not even received by the shipper until two days after the order was placed. They've refused to refund the order and only offered a refund on the shipping cost for an item that is going to be delivered to a total stranger at this point because my wife's vacation is over. Absolutely unacceptable marketing, experience and customer service.

Never order from here!!!! Quality is horrible. I have pictures of what you will actually receive. Customer service is horrible and stated they "advise all customers against shipping perishable items - that is, any product with a lifespan that is subject to spoilage ...". Per their own words, they are incapable of shipping the goods they sell. Even if you select two day shipping, the quality is sloppy. The quality would not be any better if you pay the $75 next day air. Quality had nothing to do with heat or being perishable items. You do NOT get what is shown on their site, not even close. The nonperishable items are either not included (balloon) or not written per your words (note card). Going through the steps to dispute with bank as they will only refund half.

I have ordered a gift basket for Christmas. Hazelton's delivered only half the basket, weeks later when the customer service representative finally got back to me, they found out that the second half was damaged during transit. They offered me new delivery or refund. I decided for new delivery. Unfortunately again 2 weeks later, nothing was delivered. They didn't bother to contact me with any explanation. I have requested refund, which took more than a week to receive confirmation. They still charged me full service and delivery fee even though they delivered only half the gift basket. All up it took almost 2 months. It is so sad there are still companies with such a poor customer service that won't acknowledge their mistake and instead fighting for service/delivery fee for undelivered goods. It's not only about the refund, but also about the disappointment when you are trying to surprise someone with a gift and they ruin it all. Please look for a different provider!

If you’re reading this then you have been scammed, ripped off like the rest of us unfortunately. Like everyone else I wish we had done our due diligence on this company. If you’re fortunate enough to be reading this before ordering with HAZELTONS, then DO NOT order anything with this company. You will 100% not receive what you’ve ordered or most likely not receive anything at all. Looking forward to seeing them on AMERICAN GREED SOON….

I would give -10 If I could. I put in several orders for family this year just before Christmas. The order for my family was a disaster. I ordered a cake, It arrived in a mountain of crumbs, unrecognizable. The box it shipped in was damaged also it looked like they pulled it out of a garbage heap. No marking saying handle with care or fragile on it. I am still fighting with them to get a refund. They said they will only refund me 1/2 of the amount I also paid a huge delivery fee. They refuse to refund the fee. Also they are rude and snarky. Terrible place I will never recommend or order from them again. They also do not send confirmation of deliveries. You need to write to them and try to track it yourself. Bad set up. I will report them to BBB too. I can tell by the bad bad bad reviews here I probably will not get a refund at all. We must report this to Consumer Affairs also. This is terrible how can they still get away with this ?

I ordered a champagne gift basket and paid extra for the Veuve Clicquot Champagne Brut Yellow Label upgrade but Moet was sent instead, which is a cheaper champagne. They didn't even inform me of the change and when confronted they told me they are allowed to make substitutions. I asked for a rebate and was denied even though this is less expensive than what I paid for. Will never use them again.

I wish I could put zero stars, I’ve had a horrible experience with this company, hope nobody gives them business. The gift basket was two weeks late and the flowers came dead and stinking so bad, the candy was stale and the champagne bottle was cracked. Customer service was very rude and they refused to refund me

Awful experience. Delivered bruised and blackened fruit basket. Included fruit (pineapple) specifically not requested. Their website was misleading and appeared that a basket would be delivered by hand in Lexington area and it was shipped from somewhere else. Requesting full refund. Cant get through to anyone. I have pictures of delivery.
