I ordered a basket for Christmas 2021 and have waited this long to write about my experience as we are approaching the time of year when people will once again spend money and I do not want people to be upset, dissatisifed and gutted like I was. Ordered a box of choclates, a plant and a bottle of wine for my Sister. When it arrived the chocloate were half the size of those stated on the website, the plant was dead. With regards to the the wine (I had orderd Tait, the ball buster as her maiden name was Tait), They sent Fat Batard!! Both my Sister and I spent hours either phoning or mailing them. Their responses were repetitive, the customer services were verbally insulting and even after requesting photographs and receiving them, they effectively called us liars. I was offered a $10 refund, not much considering I had spent $120. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not line the pockets of the parasites that own this company. Like myself and my Sister, I can guarantee you will be sorely disappointed.

Ordered cake and flowers, gift basket and balloon for a 50 y birthday. They lost the package (you could see it when tracking delivery) cake showed up FIVE days later, moldy. Tried to talk to customer service that was totally interested in taking any responsibility. Said if I didn't take the 50% back on the cake that they offered they would just "close my case asap".

Similar experience to everyone here. Delivered wine that was HOT. Was supposed to include chocolate covered strawberries but they were gross candy molds that we melted and disgusting. No one answers telephone or returns emails. I think we all need to take this to the news as this appears to be quite the scam. I am reporting the BBB and disputing on the credit card.

Awful! Basket arrived a day late despite promising same day delivery in a box festooned with Styrofoam peanuts that filled a 13 gallon tall wastebag. Pretzels were not fresh, balloon did not arrive, fresh fruit was substituted with gross (and cheap!) milk chocolate item. Customer service demanded photos of product, which was ridiculous bc nothing was broken, they were missing. Back & forth 3 x before they offered to refund cost of balloon. Fruit could not be refunded bc a product was subsituted without my knowledge, input or permission. Go elsewhere!

Horrible!!! Basket arrived days later than it was supposed to , it didn’t include the items I ordered AND the cupcakes arrived a jumbled mess!! You cannot reach them by phone. There is no way to leave a review except here, and their customer service is totally useless. I have asked several times to speak with a manager to no avail. Total SCAM.

Horrible customer service - cake is set to be delivered more than one week after delivery date and customer service won't do anything about.

Company is dirty to the core. Owner has 5 different names he goes by. Fills customer orders with wrong items. Company claims to care but can't maintain employees. Sells alcohol with not alcohol license. Fraud and scams are how this company stays alive.

Scam is a strong word, but I don't know what else to call a company that (1) did not even ship my order until after the agreed-to delivery ARRIVAL date, (2) shipped goods that were wet and dead, and (3) told me they would issue no refund of any kind. Even getting a customer service rep to say "sorry" was hard work. Absolutely do NOT use.
