Hazeltons gift hamper are a total scam . Please do not order mouldy fruit , cheap items very inferior to the advert , the basket was nothing like the photos . The champagne at 44 dollars was not champagne but sparkling fruit juice ! 15 dollars of cheap food sent for 161 euros !

Scam scam scam! I wish I read the reviews but I was in a pinch and needed something fast. That was a joke. I ordered last week and still have nothing. This is a shady company that closed their Google business location probably due to over 240 1 star reviews. But they’re still operating their shady business online. They will steal your money do not order!!!

Appalling service. ordered Christmas hamper Wednesday December 21 for delivery Friday December 23 in New York midtown address. nothing was delivered, nor any notification. checked on January 3, "unforeseen delays" from the courier and no further notification about when this would be delivered. have asked for a refund. what fuc*ers

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I paid for same-day delivery, and they refused to deliver it the same day. After much back and forth, I asked for a refund and to cancel it (before anything was made or delivered), and they refused. The customer service rep I spoke with was so incredibly rude. I wish I had looked up the company before placing an order with them, because every website has lots of 1 star reviews. This company is a scam.

Moldy fruit was delivered with only 2-day ship-to-receive time. The wine I paid extra for was substituted for lesser, completely different products. The fruit was also not prepared as per the order. When contacted they denied any kind of refund or compensation, stating that their terms and conditions state "the entire contents of the basket may be substituted" and they do not guarantee in any way "perishable items." This business is likely a scam.

Have totally ruined my Xmas!!!! First they use CANPAR for delivery. A company that is rated worst in the country!! Second, they say they care but don't!! They do not look I to problems and continue to send generic emails and tell you THAT ITS YOUR PROBLEM TO SORT.
