After looking at the below reviews I wish i'd seen them first before starting my free trial. I cancelled my free trial well within the 30 day period and have been charged. I intend to go to the bank to get the direct debit removed and chase for my money back. Absolutely unethical and bad business tricking people out of money is not what i'd expect in this day an age.

constant buffering u cant watch a whole show properly it is a nightmare!!!! Even on google chrome which they recommend don't pay for this rubbish!!!! I will be cancelling but after reading other reviews they r not great at letting u do so so I will be arranging for new debit card.

They've conned me too (even though I know I cancelled as soon as I saw it was reality TV and I'm too ill to work so I told them £4 isnt much too the but its 2/3 days worth of food for some) and tried to clai it's tc and c. don't trust. Many companies lie aubible even if you say that you havnt used it because it wasnt your thing they refund you and treat you so graciously. These guys will sink soon with the looks of it faults, bad to customers and conning people! I hope they see how they need to improve if they are going to try and keep going.

This company is a con and has the worst customer services! Got a month free trial and cancelled after the trial, but they carried on charging me anyway! When I emailed them to tell them, no matter which way I explained it to them, they just kept sending me back emails saying it’s in the T&C’s that I agreed to, that they would not refund me for “unused viewing time” SO FRUSTRATING! Basically they will take money out of your bank. whether you authorise it or cancel your subscription and their customer services are just computers that send out automated replies! Stay away unless you like watching old series that are on the tv anyway with episodes missing and don’t mind them taking money out your bank whether you agree to this or not! STAY AWAY!
