Wish I'd read reviews before trying the trial. 1 star is way too many. Horrible experience in signed up for trial and cancelled within an hour. They charged me despite cancelling. You're unable to watch anything it buffers constantly absolute rubbish AVOID

App is not user friendly it doesn’t resume when it stops. It is constantly crashing mid program. It take forever to load each page and program

This app is always down, and when I load page it’s just a white blank screen.. I hadn’t used it for months at one point because of this problem.. now here we go again .. even with that issue I did not cancel my subscription but now I think it’s time .. not impressed

They should have minus 5* absolutely terrible thing. Keep charging me after I cancelled the subscription. Nobady reply to complaining email !!!! Don't ever try it. It is shocking. Never works or if it does than just error Tryed to search for so many films and series, nothing on it. Totally disappointed on them. The worst app I ever tried so regret it !!!!!!

cancelled my subscription and still got charged. I send emails and got no responses from them. they still want to take another payment. I used my paypal accounts and now I have opened a dispute. Hayu is fraudulent. I am not happy with the services and really upset to pay for service I didn't get.

Has terrible customer service. Useless. Lied about me cancelling the service. Charged me for another 12+ months. Don't take the free trial and don't use. Avoid!!!!
