Taken money out of my account and refuse to refund eventhough I screenshotted proof of purchase and the date I cancelled! Having to go through an absolute nightmare to get my money back! They told me to resubscribe on their website, yet I've explained numerous times that I don't want to use the service at all, it's crap! I just want my money back but they're trying to avoid replying to keep it. Waste of time, and money. Do NOT use this service!!!!

Twice now I have been charged incorrectly. First time I didn't even ask for the channels they were just added to my Now TV subscription with an expectation that I would cancel it before they went to my bank for payment. I got a refund. Second time (many months later) I decided to try a free month trial. I signed up and noted the date for cancellation if I wanted to avoid being charged. I cancelled one week before it was due but they have said there is no record of it, and pointed me in the direction of the membership cancellation. If you sign up to a free trial and cancel definitely screenshot for proof. The unsubscribe clearly doesn't work and customer service doesn't listen.

Jeg håber, hayu skriver en opdatering, når de får systemet ordentlig op at køre. For jeg er rigtig vild med konceptet og de programmer, der ligger derinde. Men jeg kan som mange andre brugere ikke få lov at logge ind længere. Når jeg logger ind, bliver skærmen bare helt sort. Så nu melder jeg mig ud (vil ikke betale for noget, der ikke virker), og så håber jeg, at jeg en dag kan melde mig til, når hayu fungerer optimalt.

Se har trukket betaling 4 gange i denne måned, og har trykket på knappen med en måned gratis, samt efter 4 betalinger virker det alligevel ikke, har skrevet til dem flere gange, får ikke pengene tilbage og brugeren virker ikke.

Absolutely terrible! It won’t play on the iPad for more than a few minutes and constantly crashes on virgin. Waste of time and money!!!!!!!

The content doesn’t play, the app is glitchy and doesn’t work properly and yet the price goes up!

All the negative reviewers are correct. Very hard to cancel. In the end I did manage to cancel the trial, but the money were still taken. No apology- robotic unhelpful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Would not recommend ! I tested the free trial and didn’t like the website so cancelled my subscription and got charged. Customer service is awful, tried contacting them many times and they never got back to me
