Paying for a service and each time I want to watch something over the last 2 weeks a error comes up.. you take my money but won't fix the problem after I reporting it several times.. Not impressed.. I want to delete my account and want my money back for this month

I just want to watch one episode of love island without 500 error messages popping up. So close to deleting this app but I am waiting for the day it is finally fixed and I can binge watch shows. It’s 2019, technology is far more advanced than what this app has to offer. For the love of god, fix it.

Omg. It was bad before. But this latest update is the absolute worst. How sad that such a fantastic idea, has been executed so poorly. So unhappy. Do yourself a favour. Skip this awful streaming company.

This company is a bunch of con artists. I cancelled my subscription and closed my account but THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME!! Because my account is closed (I closed it by the way, as I though once I’d cancelled my subscription everything would be OK) but I have now been charged THREE TIMES SINCE THE CLOSURE! I want my money back. And I will get it. This company is a disgrace.

The worst. Horrible new homepage. The downloads crashes continously . No support no help. It's a rip off. Stick to Netflix. Hayu, you suck !!!

WOW, Hayu. They just updated their site, and it's possibly even worse than before. BAD UI, impossible to navigate, videos reload when you minimize the window, or they just randomly crash leaving you to have to figure out where you left off. Maybe spend less on advertising everywhere and more on your developers?!?

I agree with the bad reviews they are robbing thriving turds. However rather than complain there is enough of us who feel this if you have your evidence we could start a class action lawsuit I understand it will take months to get back what is a small amount but it will tie this company up and the eventual cost will fall on their shoulders and others will not suffer

Without a doubt the WORST streaming service I have ever used. It's almost unbelievable how poorly built this site is. The site will often just show a loading screen forever and never load. The site is bloated and laggy and crashes often. The UI is confusing and non-intuitive. There is no way to continue watching whatever you were last watching when you first go to the home page (this is such a basic function that a child could tell you it's needed on a streaming site). You get signed out randomly and sometimes are unable to log in even with the correct details. Episodes stop and restart randomly or start playing spontaneously a while after they've been paused. The search function is garbage. There is no way to skip immediately to the next episode of whatever you're watching. I could go on. Don't give these guys your money until they get their act together.
