What the eff is going on!! You can't re watch any episode. This updated app. is absolutely rubbish. Just use the old one! And before you say it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times! I now watch my US TV on a pirate channel that's free. You must be losing so many customers it's a joke. I won't be carrying on my subscription, do you even care? I don't think so, cause if you did you'd SORT IT OUT!!!!

Why is it that Google Play is able to cancel my membership???.... From the email you guys sent me the reason my subscription was cancelled was due to Google Play??? and they charged me the 13.69??? Not impressed

I cancelled the subscription & they had the cheek to take £4.99 from my account before it was even due to be paid anyway!!!... the reason i cancelled because it was so glitchy, everytime i went back to watch something it kept saying error & played it right from the beginning!! Which was so annoying... ive gone over to netflix now so sick of hayu taking my money just for their shows to constantly glitch out while watching....cya

Glitchy beyond belief, have to refresh the show every minute or so and often it will set you back to the beginning when you do so. No excuse for streaming this bad, will not be sticking around after the free trial.

Impossible to watch a full episode. Hayu has had bad reviews for ages, so the fact that they are not making positive updates and listening to their feedback is ridiculous. This is a paid app, so it's very frustrating that Hayu could care less about giving customers what they pay for.

Since the update it's virtually unwatchable. It was a great app that I've used for 4 years. Now error after error and it's impossible to unsubscribe!! You just lost a loyal fan...

It's become so glitchy and unreliable lately. It's a paid website so the fact that half the time the episodes don't stream is ridiculous. You also cant pause a video without receiving an error message and having to restart the episodes. Bad site.
