It constantly needs refreshed, you can’t just automatically go to the next episode like Netflix can and it’s so slow. I’m shocked at how this whole website is set up, it’s very poor and I hate that we are even paying for something like this. Unless this is all fixed, this site should be free🙄 I’ve never been so disappointed in a streaming site before

Do not trust these people. Do not fill in any bank or PayPal details. They illegally make duplicate accounts and then charge you even after you’ve cancelled. They tell lies and say someone hacked your account so it’s not their fault. Lies. I signed up through iTunes, filled in all details that were asked. So I then cancelled through iTunes as their email told me to over a week before the renewal date. They charged me through PayPal as they couldn’t get the money any other way. Hayu are liars and theives that take your money and will not give it back even when they’re in the wrong. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM!!!

Avoid avoid avoid! Charged me even though I had already cancelled. As I logged in through Facebook, even though that email address wasn’t the account registered one! Really guys run as far from this company as you can, looks like it’s going down the toilet sometime soon anyway!

The streaming is awful. I have to refresh all the time and sometimes I have to skip an episode since I get an Error message saying "Something went wrong, the video cannot be reproduced." It’s not my wifi or computer as I stream other networks and they are fine.

Ville helst have givet 0 stjerner!!! Kan slet ikke få det til at virke! Hverken på computeren, ipad’en eller telefonen! 😡 Brug ikke jeres penge på det!
