hayuReviews of hayu.com

One of the worst companies ever!!!! Do the not realise that they’re rated nearly 100% poor? What kind of business ethics is that? I subscribed and I still can’t view my shows. I cancelled my subscription never again!!! They can’t even give me a reason for their app not working or me being able to watch shows!!!!

My experience with HayU is a terrible one. I signed up a year ago and was able to watch for less than a month after which time I encountered login problems. I contacted HayU.com several times to outline my problems but they were NOT resolved. In the meantime, monthly payments were debited from my a/c. They have refused to refund 10 months of payment citing that it is NOT their Policy to issue REFUNDS.

I would give this a 0 if i could. Like many of these other reviews, its a way to steal money from you. Do not trust them with your card information and if you didn't know this site was bad you should immediately change your card and get a new one. They will try to charge you for money you never authorized. I forgot my password in the time of my free month trial (It isn't a free month trial they will still try to charge you) I tried to recover my password and never got an email to do so. I tried to recover my password 3 times and nothing happened. I tried reaching out to the twitter support team and they never got back to me. So much for being 24/7 support. Do not trust this site. It is a scam.

Virkelig virkelig ringe kundeservice! Har forsøgt at kontakte dem både via deres hjemmeside, som de opfordre til, 2 gange, via deres facebook og via deres Instagram uden svar. Så hvis du oplever problemer i forhold til dit abonnement, så er du lost..

error messages in every show i watch, the website is just terrible overall. Cancelling!!

Melder om fejl hele tiden. Virkelig irriterende. Det er både på mobilen, ipad'en og computeren at den melder fejl.

STAY AWAY. First time I'm ever writing a review on anything. Within the first hour of signing up for the free trial I was unable to stream shows without getting an error message. I did a google search and that's when I came across all the terrible reviews. I decided to cancel my subscription literally within the same hour but when I clicked the link to cancel it brings me to a white screen that led to nowhere. I know its not my internet as everything else is working perfectly. I tried to sign in again and the website won't let me sign in as it is continues to say that is loading. Never have I been so unimpressed with a service. Of course the company does not have a phone number listed clearly for people to call. Does anyone have a contact number for them?

I signed up for HayU in a bid not to use dodgy websites to watch my favourite reality TV shows as an honest consumer...do not bother. 1) CONSTANTLY loses playback. I have super fast internet, I am the only person streaming, yet i receive error messages. Am I allowed a refund for a service i've paid for yet doesn't work? Of course not as their "terms and conditions state" It is not a valid reason for one. And then tried to give me a crappy one month's free. I don't think so... I apparently had to reactivate my account which I didn't trust as they would most probably charge me 4.99 for it, the thieving plebs. 2) WHO BUILT THE APP? The app is utter crap. It's soooo slow, constantly crashes and fails and on my phone won't play anything. It's as if it times out if you're using it too much and getting your money's worth. I wish I could upload screenshots. 3) Support team are useless no matter what platform you contact them on. I tried Twitter and email yet they will not give me an original response. They are not support at all and are completely useless. I will be screaming from the rooftops not to choose them. DO NOT USE THEM EVER - LOGGING IN NOW AND DELETING MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS AS I HAVE JUST READ THEY ARE THIEVES TOO.
